These terms apply when you receive messages from Konfi, the AI assistant for an event you registered for, on RCS, WhatsApp, Apple Messages or another messaging channel. Konfi is operated by Konfi Labs d.o.o., Braće Radića 30B, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia, on behalf of the event organizer.

The program

Konfi answers your questions about one event: the agenda, sessions, speakers, venue, travel and on-site logistics. It also sends practical updates about that event, such as a welcome message after you register, reminders you ask for, and schedule changes. Konfi does not send marketing and does not sell anything.

How you opt in

You opt in by ticking the messaging consent box when you register for the event and entering your mobile number. The box is never pre-ticked. Consent is given for that one event only: it is not carried over to other events or other organizers, and messaging ends when the event is over.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Most messages are replies to questions you send; updates Konfi starts itself are typically a few per event. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and Konfi will not send you any further messages of its own unless you opt in again. If you choose to write to Konfi later, it will answer that message. To opt back in, reply START.

You can also ask Konfi in your own words, for example “stop sending me updates”, and it will stop.

Privacy

Your mobile number and opt-in are used only to run this program. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How your data is handled is described in the Konfi privacy notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always published at konfi.ai/legal/messaging.
